By using Talk To AI Avatar you agree to these terms. The app is provided by KUZEY VIP PROMOSYON BİLİŞİM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.

We grant you a non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute or rent it.

• Sounds and Watch are free and unlimited.
• Two-way conversation runs 5 minutes a day without a subscription; the counter resets at local midnight.
• Your corrections, what the other person knows about you and your session summary are never behind the paywall.

• Monthly auto-renewing subscription: $0,99. The price shown in your App Store applies.
• The first 7 days are free. This is an introductory offer: the subscription starts, no charge is made for the first 7 days, and it then renews at the monthly price.
• Payment is charged to your Apple account on confirmation.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
• To cancel: Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

The practice partner is an AI model, not a teacher, and it can be wrong. Some phrase and explanation texts are machine translated; the app marks this on the relevant screen. The app does not give medical, legal or professional advice.

Conversation mode requires a recent iPhone able to run the language model; on an unsupported device the app says so on screen and the other modes keep working. The model is downloaded once (about 2 GB).

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages.

If these terms change, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it.
